Local Shipping Policy
Delivery processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Our deliveries are handled by our in-house fulfilment team, Which operate on normal working hours from 9am-5pm (Monday-Saturday)
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by unforeseeable events or circumstances. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping & delivery estimates
All shipping & delivery time frame will be communicated via telephone or emails. Due to limited stocks and storage space, ordered and delivery will be schedule on a first come first serve basis.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your Purchase number(s).
Mecos will be liable for the products damaged during the delivery process. If you received your order with physical damage on the point of receiving or within 1 day, please immediately contact us & we will assist to replace the same product as per next arranged schedule date and time via telephone or emails.
We do not hold any liabilities or of any form of cost due to the delay of the product. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a report with us.
